On this episode of “LE Tech Talk” series, Elliot Harkavy, Technology Advisor for the Body-Worn Camera Training and Technical Assistance Program, interviews Chief Applin from the Atlanta Public Schools Police Department. Chief Applin discusses the use of body-worn cameras in schools by school resources officers. Chief Applin also provides an overview of the decision-making process to implement body-worn cameras in a school district, challenges of implementation, policy issues, and many other aspects of the implementation process.
